Order processing
All Cranked Up merchandise is printed on demand, which means each item is produced individually after you order it. Production takes 1-7 business days, depending on product ordered, before your order ships. This is separate from transit time.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin production the next business day. During launches, restocks, and the holiday season, production may take longer.
Shipping rates
Free standard shipping on all orders over $50 (before tax, after any discounts).
Orders under $50 are charged shipping at checkout, calculated by destination and order weight. The exact cost is shown before you pay.
Delivery times
Transit time begins after production is complete.
- United States: 1-4 business days
- Canada: 3-7 business days
- International: 3-15 business days
These are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays, customs processing, and weather can extend delivery.
Tracking
You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. If your order contains multiple items, they may be produced at different facilities and arrive in separate packages with separate tracking numbers. This is normal and you won't be charged extra.
If tracking hasn't updated in 10 business days, report it through your order page or email shop@crankedupfilms.com.
Shipping addresses
Double-check your address at checkout. We can't change an address once an order enters production.
Orders returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address can be reshipped at your expense. We're unable to refund orders lost due to an address error.
International orders, duties, and taxes
International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes charged by their country. These are not included in your order total and are collected by the carrier or customs authority on delivery.
We don't mark packages as gifts or declare reduced values.
Lost or damaged packages
If your package is marked delivered but missing, or arrives damaged, report it through your post-delivery order page within 30 days of delivery. See our Refund and Return Policy for full details.
